Duo Boots Trip Up

Take care when you put a prize promotion together - you can't change significant rules if anything goes wrong!

Following a complaint by a losing entrant a promotional email was recently subjected to ASA censure.  Duo Boots's email urged recipients to “send your favourite boot or shoe related story in no more than 100 words” to Duo's Facebook page.  A prize of "pair of Duos every year for three years" was up for grabs.
