Our brief was to develop and implement innovative marketing approaches to boost the salons’ client base and to make the most of Zaks’ reputation for award-winning creativity.

A refreshed brand identity, new website and suite of promotional materials were initially created. These formed the basis for a series of campaigns using social media, press, email marketing, direct mail and advertising  to raise the salons’ profile in the region whilst supporting the local community and Midlands charities.
